Valentine's Day is approaching and it is the perfect occasion to share good moments with your loved ones.

Whether as a couple, with your friends, with your family or with yourself, plans to enjoy this holiday are the order of the day.

Do you want to share a dessert or give it to those special beings who remind you of the meaning of love and friendship?

Here we give you some recipe ideas that you can make to delight the palates of those who gather with you to celebrate this February 14. Take note:

Chocolate hearts and adaptogens

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Special Brownies
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Half cup of milk or slurry
  • 100 g of melting chocolate (can be white or bitter)
  • cocoa powder
  • Monk® Glass
  • Small molds or heart-shaped cutters

  1. In a bowl, perfectly mix ghee, eggs, Special Brownies flour and milk or slurry.
  2. Lightly grease the molds and pour the mixture. Let bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
  3. While the hearts are baking, melt the chocolate. If you choose white, add a few drops of red edible dye.
  4. After the time has passed, remove from the oven, let cool, unmold the brownies and decorate the hearts, first sprinkle cocoa and then place the melted chocolate in the shape you like best.
  5. If you wish you can add Monk® Glass. Enjoy!

Heart shaped cinnamon roll


Ingredients:

  • 1 unit of puff pastry
  • 150 g cinnamon powder
  • 75 g of granulated Monk®
  • Monk® Glass

Preparation

  1. Flour the table so the puff pastry doesn't stick.
  2. Spread the puff pastry on the table as thin as you can.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon and Monk® granules over the dough.
  4. Cut the puff pastry into 4 parts and tuck the edges of each of these parts inward, so that you form a heart.
  5. Cut the heart-shaped strip into pieces about 1 cm thick.
  6. Place your puff pastry hearts on a tray or baking dish where they have space between each other.
  7. Bake at 150°C for 15 or 20 minutes.
  8. Serve and sprinkle a little ground cinnamon. You can also add Monk® Glass.

Adaptogen Cupcakes


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Half cup of slurry or milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box of Special Brownies
  • 20 g strawberry fondant
  • Chocolate chips
  • Monk® Glass

Preparation


  1. In a bowl, perfectly mix ghee, eggs, slurry (or milk), chocolate chips and Special Brownies.
  2. Lightly flour or grease the molds and pour the mixture.
  3. Let bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
  4. After the time has passed, remove from the oven and unmold the cupcakes, you can place them in containers or wrap them in the way you want.
  5. Decorate with whipped cream and cut out the fondant into heart shapes to place as sprinkles. Enjoy!

Bonus Recipe: Heart Jelly


Ingredients:

20 g white baking chocolate

8 g unflavored gelatin

200 ml almond milk

Vanilla extract

30 g of granulated Monk®

Pink edible dye

A large heart-shaped mold


Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, perfectly mix the almond milk, Monk®, vanilla and gelatin.
  2. Melt the chocolate and then add it to the mixture and stir until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add a few drops of dye for color.
  4. Heat this mixture over medium heat, remove as soon as it boils.
  5. Place the gelatin in the heart-shaped mold and let it rest at room temperature for about 1 hour. If you want the gelatin to harden a little more, you can refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  6. Remove from the mold to serve and decorate as you like. Enjoy!
