This Pride Month we want to share with you some inspiring stories of members of the LGBTQ+ community who have transformed their lives through wellness habits:


Ryan, a gay man, used to struggle with mental health issues and low self-esteem. She decided to take a positive turn in her life and began practicing yoga and meditation regularly. Over time, these practices helped him reduce stress, increase his self-esteem, and find greater inner peace. She now shares her experience with other members of the LGBTQ+ community and encourages them to incorporate mental wellness into their lives.


María, a transgender woman, had experienced discrimination and rejection in her environment. He decided to focus on his physical well-being and began exercising regularly. As he became stronger and healthier, his confidence and self-acceptance increased. Jonathan has become an advocate for self-care, inspiring others to look out for themselves both physically and emotionally.
