- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp matcha tea
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup ground coconut
- 1 tbsp MONK Monk Fruit
For coverage
- 1 cup ground coconut
- 2 tbsp Matcha tea
- Add MONK Honey to taste.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, then refrigerate until it is medium firm. Form balls and pass them through the coconut and Matcha. .
- Always store them in the refrigerator.
