- 3 cups of natural popcorn
- ½ cup monk fruit
- 2 tbsp of water
- Salt to taste
- In a saucepan, place the monk fruit along with the water, cook over high heat until a caramel forms, approximately 3 minutes.
- Pour the caramel over the popcorn,
- Mix very well
- Add a touch of salt.
