INGREDIENTS:

- 600 grams of whole wheat flour
- 300 grams of ghee
- 50 grams of MONK glass (Buy MONK GLASS) .
- A spoonful of vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
ELABORATION:
- In a bowl, add the MONK glass, the melted ghee, the two eggs and the vanilla essence and beat well until we have a thick dough.
- Next we are going to add the flour, which we recommend sifting previously, and stir with the help of a whisk so that it integrates well into the previous mixture. We have to get a dough without lumps.
- Next we knead this dough by hand, for a few minutes, until we make it into a ball. With the help of a rolling pin, we stretch the cookie dough and give it the necessary thickness, about 5 millimeters or a little more.
- Turn on the oven and set it to 180ºC, activating the heat from above and below. And now with some molds to make cookies we are taking them out of the dough. We will place these cookies on a tray, to which we will place baking paper underneath so that they do not stick.
- Once the oven is at 180ºC, we will bake the cookies for 14-15 minutes, the time necessary for them to be well done on the inside and golden on the outside. Let the cookies cool completely on a rack before serving, so that they cool well on all sides. And sprinkle MONK glass to taste.
