- 100 grams of peanut butter or coconut oil
- 1/3 cup monk fruit
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 cup oat flour
- ½ cup chocolate pieces
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC
- In a bowl, mix the monk fruit together with the butter, then add the egg, salt, and milk.
- Mix together with the flour until you obtain a consistent mixture.
- Add the chocolate pieces and set aside.
- Place balls of the cookie mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
