Galletas con Trozos de Chocolate con MONK
  • 100 grams of peanut butter or coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup monk fruit
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ½ cup chocolate pieces
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  2. In a bowl, mix the monk fruit together with the butter, then add the egg, salt, and milk.
  3. Mix together with the flour until you obtain a consistent mixture.
  4. Add the chocolate pieces and set aside.
  5. Place balls of the cookie mixture on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool.
