Ingredients:
- 4 medium pieces of sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 3 cloves of garlic crushed
- 1/2 cup vegetable milk
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons of MONK
Preparation:
- In a large pot, boil the sweet potato in water with sea salt until soft. Pass through a strainer and reserve.
- Melt the ghee and cook the garlic until golden. Put the cooked sweet potatoes in the pan and add the milk and 2 teaspoons of MONK. Season with salt and pepper.
- Puree it in the same pan or put it in a food processor to grind it.
