Ingredients:

  • 4 medium pieces of sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 3 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1/2 cup vegetable milk
  • sea ​​salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons of MONK

Preparation:

  • In a large pot, boil the sweet potato in water with sea salt until soft. Pass through a strainer and reserve.
  • Melt the ghee and cook the garlic until golden. Put the cooked sweet potatoes in the pan and add the milk and 2 teaspoons of MONK. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Puree it in the same pan or put it in a food processor to grind it.
